1- EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
1.1 Right to Free Contract Resolution1.1.1 In accordance with the legally provided consumer rights, the customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days, after the conclusion without giving any reason, according to the Decree-Law No. 24/2014.
1.1.2 To exercise the free right of contract resolution, the customer may, before the contract resolution period expires, contact us via email at info@shoesmiltonricardo.com or social networks (Facebook and Instagram). Free termination model.
1.1.3 If you terminate the Contract, we will refund the amount paid for the products, except for shipping and delivery costs. This refund will be via the same form that you used for the original transaction, and you will not be charged for additional fees.
1.1.4 We may, however, withhold the refund until we receive the products back, and after review and confirmation of the condition of the order.1.1.5 The state of preservation of the products will only be validated upon the following:
(a) The product(s) have not been used;
b) The product(s) maintain their original characteristics;
c) The product(s) are complete.

2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
2.1 In cases where you consider that, at the time of delivery, the product is not in accordance with the terms of sale, you have two months legally established to notify us of the situation. You will then be informed of the procedures to be followed.
2.2 In accordance with the law, the customer may, as an alternative to terminating the contract, choose to replace the product.
2.3 The replacement of the product or refund of the price should occur as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days.
2.4 The amount paid for products returned for any damage or defect will be refunded in full.
2.5. The return must be made by the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.
3- EXCHANGE OF ARTICLES
3.1 If the item purchased by the customer does not correspond to the appropriate size, the customer has the option to request an exchange size, bearing the associated costs of delivery of the new item, even if returning the original item.
3.2 Request the size or model exchange through the previously mentioned email (info@shoesmiltonricardo.com).
3.3 The deadline for product exchange is 14 days from the day of delivery, according to Decree-Law 24/2014.
3.4 It is important to realize that if after 14 days from the date of request for exchange of size or model, the original article has not been delivered, we reserve the right to charge the customer the costs related to the new order generated.
3.5 For the purposes of the previous paragraph, the Customer may request a size change by sending the product by mail to the address that will be presented to him/her by email.
3.6. The shipping costs will only be borne by us in case of product defect or incorrect shipment of the same. In all other cases, shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
3.7. The article must be returned using or including the original packaging. It must also include all product instructions, labels, documents and packaging.
